What I love about Branches is that it doesn’t ask you to be anything other than who you are, right now. There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to have it all figured out. Just gentle support, human warmth, and a sense of being met where you are.

Through our My Way Forward programme, we offer one‑to‑one peer support that feels like sitting down with someone who truly gets it — someone who listens without rushing you, who helps you untangle the knots, and who walks alongside you as you find your next steps.

It’s not therapy. It’s not fixing. It’s connection — the kind that helps you feel less alone in the overwhelm and more grounded in yourself.
