Our Spaces for Support
A place to connect, feel supported, and find your own way forward.
At Branches Community Wellbeing CIC, we offer welcoming, inclusive spaces where everyone is valued. Whether you're looking for connection, practical support, new skills, or simply a place to pause with a cuppa, you'll find a warm welcome here.
Our support spaces are built on the belief that wellbeing grows through connection, compassion, and community. There's never any pressure to share your story—you can take part in whatever way feels right for you, whether that's talking, listening, joining in, or simply being present.
Guided by our promise of Care • Share • Aware, we're here to help people feel connected, understood, and supported—because everyone deserves a place where they belong.
A place to pause, connect, and belong.

Supporting you to move forward—your way, at your pace.
Sometimes we all need a little support to make sense of our world. Whether you're facing change, feeling stuck, rebuilding after difficult experiences, or simply looking for a way forward, My Way Forward offers a welcoming, supportive space where you can reflect, connect, and grow.
Together, either in a 1:1 or group space, we'll explore practical tools, gentle conversations, and shared experiences that help you build confidence, strengthen resilience, and take meaningful steps towards the life you want—at a pace that feels right for you.
There's no pressure to share your story or have all the answers. You can take part in whatever way feels comfortable, knowing you'll be met with understanding, compassion, and respect.
Everyone's path is different, and moving forward starts with finding what works for you.
Caring for someone can be one of the most rewarding roles you'll ever have—but it can also be physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding. Whether you're caring for a family member, friend, neighbour, or someone in your community,
The Compassionate Caregiver course is designed to support you with both practical knowledge and emotional wellbeing, as you navigate your way through.
This supportive course combines everyday caregiving skills with self-care, helping you build confidence while recognising the importance of looking after yourself too.
Together we'll explore:
Practical caregiving skills and everyday support.
Understanding compassion, empathy, and emotional wellbeing.
Building confidence and resilience in your caring role.
Recognising the signs of stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue.
Simple strategies to support your own health and wellbeing.
Connecting with others who understand the caring journey.
Share experiences together, knowing you are not alone.
There's no pressure to share your personal experiences—you're welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
